Responsible for providing leadership and direction for all aspects of product improvements, cell improvements, automation and scale up, and large line or plant transfers. Knowledge of engineering design principles with particular emphasis on latter phase validation and process stabilization. Understanding of medical design procedures with respect to design controls and process validation.
