Manage the activities of engineers which includes functions such as: project engineering, manufacturing engineering, cost estimating, tool engineering, process engineering, sample engineering and engineering support. Drive continual improvement on all programs in manufacturing. In partnership with the Program Managers, successfully transition programs from development to production, supporting the transition phase of projects from development (pre-PAR) to production approval.
