This position sets direction for the Manufacturing Process Engineering Group. Direction includes process safety, Statistical Process Control, Data collection and integration of Lean techniques. Drive engineering group to be data and metric driven in regards to yield, first pass acceptance, and cycle time. Provide consistent direction to site Manufacturing Process Engineering group. Prioritize activities to maximize benefit of resources. Ensure engineering group is consistent regarding goals, objectives, and execution of global objectives.
