Manages the engineering support for company's $4 billion transmission expansion program. Responsible to develop and manage contract engineering firms and internal engineers to provide technical support for substation, transmission, communications, protection and controls and civil activities to support the transmission program. Responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing employees and management of employee salaries. Implements and supports Company programs and policies. Typically supervises Manager-level employees.
