Experience with project management, design review, and planning techniques; stamped drawings, design manuals, regulations and technical reference manuals. Uniform building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical codes knowledge. Knowledge of CAD computer software application. Financial tracking techniques knowledge; reviewing, processing, and tracking subcontractor invoices.
