Construct in vitro anatomic models (mold casting) and improve current in vitro model construction method. Conduct experiments to characterize device performance using the in vitro models. Conduct bench tests to evaluate and characterize prototype and commercial devices. Data analysis using Excel, JMP, and Matlab. Make and characterize solid and liquid formulations.
