Manage due diligence projects for a variety of clients involving Phase I and Phase II projects locally, nationally, and globally according to client needs. Perform due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards and include broad-based compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities. Work with clients to find economical solutions to transaction driven environmental issues, including compliance, remediation, portfolio issues, and brownfields.
