Accountability for drilling team performance as measured by number of wells drilled, AFE vs actual costs, HSE performance, drilling performance vs. competitors, and continuous improvement. Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation and initiate improvement programs where required. Accountable for the daily management and prioritization of an active drilling operations group - supervise engineering, operational, administrative, commercial and contractual planning and activities. Accountable for long-term drilling materials planning and procurement activities.
