The Division Merchandise Manager will develop and execute cross-divisional product strategy in to drive the Brand to achieve Upper Quartile Sales and Profit in our Center Core merchandise including intimate apparel, jewelry, accessories and shoes. He/she will lead, coach and develop associates to achieve financial objectives and prepare them for broader responsibilities. In addition, the DMM will participate in the strategy development for the company as a member of the Executive Committee with particular emphasis on the creation and execution of new business opportunities.
