Provide leadership for establishing direction, setting priorities and running a facility for a defined set of products. Lead and manage the "workings" of the business through a group of managers; assembly, machine shop, engineering, purchasing, planning, logistics, design as well as other shared areas (HR, Quality, Accounting, Facilities Management & IT).
