To resolve operational issues that affect shipping, receiving or inventory control operations with Shift Manager on continuous basis, supervise, direct, organize and coordinate daily staffing and workload to ensure delivery schedules are met, train, evaluate and monitor new hires to determine satisfactory completion of probationary period, manage loading, shipping and receiving for accuracy, help to minimize damage and follow proper trailer loading/unloading procedures, handle all reports, etc.
