The responsibilities will include directing the oversight of 20 locations and teams, client relationship management (clients are sales teams, distributors, finance), interacting with production teams and multiple business partners throughout the organization. This is a newly created position and reports directly to Senior Management. The successful candidate must have the ability to influence, sell, lead, motivate, train and set-up policies for an efficient customer service group, interacting regularly with internal teams.
