Directors play multi-faceted role at the company. They manage budgets in a range of $1 to $1.5 million annually (2-4 accounts) and are responsible for the success of those accounts - including overall strategy, major launches/news and ongoing PR programs, staffing, budgeting, billing. In addition, they run agency projects (ie: new business initiatives) and participate in the continued success of the agency, act as mentors/coaches to members of the account teams and manage the participation/flow of information to the partners and VPs.
