Supervise and direct assigned Senior Underwriters and Client Service Representatives to ensure Underwriting guidelines are being maintained, established level of customer service is being delivered and to provide advanced underwriting skills as needed. Interact with Insureds to assist in selling, retaining and servicing P&S business. Underwrite new and renewal businesses of assigned limited territory in order to monitor, maintain and update all company Underwriting guidelines, procedures and service standards.
