The Director of Total Quality Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, communicating and administering all aspects of the company's Total Quality Management program in support of corporate strategic objectives. Develop programs and processes that promote continuous improvements to productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of quality programs and will recommend methods to increase quality standards and customer satisfaction.
