These successful candidates will direct and organize the activities of the several Food and Beverage departments, including but not limited to the Kitchen, Foodservice Operations, Restaurants, to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service (we cannot stress this enough).
