Supervise, direct, train and evaluate the Assistant Director for Residential Operations, Manager of Residential Custodial Operations and the Residential Operations Planning Manager. Direct the recruitment, selection, training and evaluation of staff assigned to Residential Operations. Develop, plan and oversee residence hall and apartments annual maintenance schedule, construction projects, and capital rehabilitation projects.
