Provides direction and guidance to the Platform Team and individual Site Quality Heads with respect to Quality Systems improvements, major process/product improvements and quality plan development and implementation for new products. Specifically chairs and is responsible for overseeing the Platform Change Review Board (change control) and Quality Management Reviews, and for assuring compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR).
