Establish and deploy strategic initiatives to achieve quality improvements across R&D, product management, suppliers and customers. Develop measurable quality standards and streamline NPI process, and work with Engineering and Operations to ensure that these standards are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle, from product design to service and documentation.
