Oversee all aspects of quality improvement efforts, such as developing and administrating the program, training and coaching employees and facilitating change throughout the organization, including the China QC operations. Responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies and procedures at all levels to quality improvement efforts that will meet or exceed internal and external customers needs and expectations.
