Oversees all aspects of the organization's quality assurance and improvement efforts, such as developing and administering quality systems, training and coaching employees, and facilitating change throughout the organization. Responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies and procedures at all levels to ensure quality improvement efforts will meet or exceed customer expectations.
