A highly technical senior manager / engineer with cosmetic component packaging experience. Must possess excellent project management skills, business development acumen and technical ability. Being well versed in turnkey cosmetic packaging solutions is a plus. Should have the personality and demeanor to effectively work with large customers as well as partner with the VP Manufacturing and EVP Sales to manage new projects. Fairly extensive interaction with overseas manufacturing required. Excellent initial compensation with future upside potential. Director level position.
