The Director of Professional Services will be responsible for leading a team of implementation and technical resources who are engaged in multiple projects to implement our application solutions. He or she will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and execution, business process consulting, including meeting commitments and deadlines, through hands-on project management, as required, or through assigned project managers.
