The Director of Produce Operations/Merchandising is responsible for the direct supervision of Produce and Floral Departments and their staff. The primary function is to support and coach front line staff to deliver accurate information, assist with problem resolution and to meet and exceed customer expectations. In addition, the Director is responsible for determining product selection, quality standards, and merchandising products according to Company's goals and objectives.
