Responsible for the oversight and management of lodging, food & beverage and spa operations. Sets and monitors departmental budgets and goals and reviews quarterly. Responsible for ensuring high standards of operational excellence and guest service. Implements DNC operational standards and controls. Directs the hiring, training and development of all staff under management oversight. Supervise departmental directors, including work assignments and performance development. Assists GM with other responsibilities as assigned.
