Work with staff and client to develop and execute short and long term goals in support of the company and client's business objectives. Ensure consistency in quality levels of all operations to meet defined ISO standards. Responsible for the development of all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties, assuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
