Will be responsible for developing the framework for the organization's continuous improvement program including Project Selection, Skills Selection and Training, Employee Engagement, Benefits Validation, and Rewards and Recognition. He or she will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a "best in class" Continuous Improvement strategy aimed at engaging the workforce in the improvement of the company through utilization of common tools.
