The Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic direction of content operations within the Acquisitions Division, and of all activities related to product information from our vendor and studio community. The Director will continuously strive for innovative improvements with actionable processes and tools that drive operating leverage and efficiency. The Director of Operations will liaise with the customer service and operations organizations at the studios and replicators who supply DVDs for our rental library.
