Reporting to the CFO and the Superintendent of Properties, you will be an integral member of the construction management team as the company drastically expands. Managing a team of 10 direct reports, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the business ensuring all build-outs, major renovations, engineering, architectural and design activities are completed in a timely manner within budget.
