The Director of Branch Operations is responsible for providing leadership, oversight and accountability for the daily operations of eight branches offices. Branch offices provide payroll processing, human resources services, and client support to our valued customers. The successful candidate must possess the experience, drive, and desire to build a highly functioning team that is focused on best in class customer service and processes.
