Work with Corporate and GBU Supply and Operations leaders to design and implement standard supply chain processes and procedures across businesses and regions, incorporating lean supply principles and best practices. Plan and guide unit management in total supply chain productivity, cash, space, speed and quality improvement initiatives. Perform diagnostics and identify opportunities on major cost and inventory drivers, such as material, labor, freight, handling, and overhead spend. Analyze material and information flows and provide recommendations to the various businesses to reduce waste.
