Manage and direct team of supplier quality engineers to support supplier selection and rationalization. Build and own a vision for developing excellent suppliers; relentlessly pursues that vision. Facilitate, influence and work cross-functionally to improve supplier development process. Hold responsibility for all aspects of regulatory compliance for suppliers, within the broader scope of the Quality System.
