Manages and leads cross-functional team(s) responsible for the execution of Allston Landing site initiatives. Ensures that all functions are adequately represented. Ensures that issues are appropriately raised and resolved, preferably within the team and when necessary with Management intervention. Employs project management tools and techniques to plan, execute, and monitor timelines, budgets, and quality of projects. Establishes objectives and commitments for team to ensure successful project completion.
