Overseeing the daily management of global teams delivering premium support, including service level management, staffing decisions and customer escalations. Providing leadership and coaching to Managers and Support Representatives while inspiring staff to work together as a team. Partnering with other departments to ensure that interactions are streamlined and efficient and customer needs are met. Driving improvements to the quality and operations of premium support services.
