This individual will develop and deliver detailed information and recommendations to the business concerning portfolio performance, mix, trends, and opportunities. The Director will provide continuous improvement leadership in how Align manages the intake, prioritization, approval, and budgeting of all strategic initiatives to meet the business needs and goals for delivering growth, increasing performance and elevating the customer experience.
