This position's main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, implementing, planning and executing organization-wide initiatives, initially focused on Membership Relationship Management (MRM), which involves developing and implementing projects that include identifying and streamlining business processes, centralizing and/or standardizing transactions and maximizing ADA resources and services to its members and customers. Project plans will include organizational-wide change management strategies approved by the Senior Organizational Management Team (OMT).
