To plan, direct, supervise and coordinate operations at optimum service levels and cost in accordance with established company and divisional production objectives. Responsible for the manufacturing, shipping/receiving, tool/die, local facility maintenance, procurement, TCV and process engineering departments. Develops and maintains a world class manufacturing operation. Makes continuous improvements to the critical metrics of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Lead Time, Productivity and Inventory. Implements company business plan and goals.
