Responsible for working with plant management to provide products that meet quality, cost, service and food safety criteria. Works within the Business Unit Cross Functional Team structure to drive growth and meet earnings objectives. This position will interface with the plants in the development of new products and improving efficiencies of current lines through relationships with the Plant Operations Managers.
