Key Operations executive responsible for working with management to define, implement and coordinate improvement activities. Participate in leading the 'lean' supply chain transformation efforts in collaboration with manufacturing, distribution, sales, purchasing, engineering, quality, and product management. Direct the activities of Lean Development Leaders and Industrial Engineers in driving and achieving breakthrough results. Plan and direct all aspects of operational policies, objectives, and initiatives for the division.
