Work collaboratively with juice teams globally to search & reapply best practices from around the world, scaling up business opportunities leveraging global scale, identify and commercialize new IP / technologies, leverage global strategic partnerships to provide competitive advantages locally, identify M&A opportunities as input into a global M&A strategy, and (6) develop new business models to accelerate growth of juice business. Document current state processes and business systems and compare to benchmarking data and/or best practices in order to identify performance gaps.
