The Director of Training will provide direct management of technical and first line development programs for company projects across the United States. Partner with third party training and functional organizations including technical colleges. Conduct primary interface with internal and external client groups.Manage a staff of 15 people. Provide additional support internationally as required. Additional responsibilities include the development of a Technical Training Development Programs.
