Assignment will include location in Contractor's Engineering offices prior to relocation to the field in Kuwait for the construction phase.Single unaccompanied as well as married status assignments provided.Perform pre-award contract activities, contractor resourcing, interface with engineering, project and client personnel to support preparation of RFP, bid evaluation and negotiations up to award and contract execution specifically related to lump sum turnkey, EPC contracts for major process units. Organize and document presentations, meetings with contractors and claim evaluations.
