The Director must have exceptional planning and analytic skills, and the ability to conduct research that will establish benchmarks, metrics and identify best practice levels of performance. The Director must be capable of challenging common perceptions and assumptions, and develop business cases for change. Data and analysis developed by the Director and the staff will be used to drive projects and programs that enhance the Subscription and Support businesses within GSS and meet requirements of the divisions and geos.
