Accountable for the overall physical appearance and upkeep of the entire facility up to and including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, elevators and other related components. Assist in the development of the annual capital and operating budgets required to support the facility. Responsible for the direct supervision, of the Distribution Services personnel and outside Contractors.
