The Director of Fee-For-Service Estimating is accountable for all aspects of Fee For Service (FFS) Estimating for Health and Welfare, HR Payroll, and Talent Management. In addition, when an opportunity includes RS services (DC, DB) the HRS estimating group is responsible for coordinating the integrated response. The purpose of the role is to provide senior leadership with comprehensive estimates and insights into those estimates (implementation cost drivers, approach options, strategic analysis) that support HRS growing corporate action/configuration business.
