Overall management responsibility for Digital Operations. Provide direction, and coordination to the facilities by ensuring that the plant financial/production objectives are at the lowest cost consistent with industry best quality performance. Determines plant policies consistent with company guidelines and directs and supervises the application of such policies to the plant's manufacturing operation.
