The Director serves as the Customer Service System Champion and change agent in North America. This position will be charged with developing strategy, processes, and technologies required for Customer Service System, Route to Market and Right Execution Daily capability creation, sharing and development. In addition, this position will steward the System in an increased execution focused culture by leading the definition of POS standards, defining training/execution to implement Customer Service.
