Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the Customer Care Center and the Customer Loyalty Unit's operational policies, training, budget, scorecard goals, and initiatives. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's customer service policies, objectives and initiatives to optimize customer service, retain customers and build customer loyalty. Represents the customer view at management meetings and for new procedures and system implementations.
