Lead the Quality System group responsible for the CRDM Quality System, including the CRDM CAPA (Corrective Action / Preventive Action) Program Office, Quality System Improvements, Quality System Governance, and Quality University Programs. The quality system is the set of processes and tools by which CRDM demonstrates compliance with international regulatory standards, also known as "BQMS" or the Business and Quality Management System in CRDM.
