This role, Director - Business Process Program Manager position is accountable for the successful planning, implementation and facilitation of highly focused, results oriented business initiatives in the specific areas of ; ITO, Finance, Claims Customer Care, and a number of Back Office Processing. The scope of effort will vary based on the individual business area strategy and roadmap, but will include multiple components including; outsourcing, Six Sigma process improvement, technology automation, and consolidation.
